After a very long day decided to call for a carry out due to it being 10:30 on a Sunday night and one if the few things open. Girl who answered first, let’s just say needs some better manners. Young man was very polite. Basic pizza pepperoni and light sauce. Pick up the pizza, same girl has 0 skill in any type of customer service, young man very polite. Get home pizza has 0 sauce so of course I called. Young man again polite but after the long hours I put in I had no intention of coming back to “get a new pizza) to even add some icing on the cake they charged me $18 for a carry out that’s advertised as $9.99. Most places will offer it to you when you call. They did offer a credit but honestly after paying double price for an inedible pizza they should just refund it because definitely won’t go back. This is maybe the first time I’ve gotten a pizza from this chain in quite a few years too.

We had just crossed the Canada–US border late at night, and since almost every restaurant was closed, we stopped at Domino's thinking it would be a quick and reliable meal before continuing our long drive. I specifically asked for my pizza to be well done, and the receipt even says "well done." What I got was the complete opposite. The pizza was so soft it didn't even seem normally baked. I tried one slice, then went back and politely asked if they could at least make the rest well done or remake it since it wasn't what I ordered. The employee immediately said no with a lot of attitude. I then spoke to the manager, hoping he'd make it right, but he refused too. I understand they can't take food back because of hygiene rules, but if the order wasn't made as requested, the least they could have done was throw it out and make a new one. To make things worse, the manager had an attitude from the moment we placed our order, and the employee wasn't any better. What really bothered me was watching how friendly and respectful they were with the customers after us. It honestly left me feeling like we were treated differently because of our race. I can't say for sure that was the reason, but

Absolutely terrible experience at this Domino’s. We specifically asked for our pizza to be well done, and it still came out undercooked and not prepared the way we requested. When we politely asked if they could simply put it back in the oven for a few more minutes, the staff refused and were incredibly rude and dismissive. What made it even worse was the way we were treated. The attitude changed the moment they saw we were in a Canadian car, and from that point on the behavior was cold, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We were polite the entire time and only asked them to correct their own mistake, but instead of helping, they acted like we were asking for something unreasonable. Customer service like this is unacceptable. If you can’t handle a simple request respectfully or fix an obvious issue with an order, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and definitely not a place I would recommend.

Went here around 10:15 Saturday night. No garlic parm sauce on tots. Go back in and wait a few mins for someone to acknowledge us. Ask for the sauce and instead get garlic butter on the tots… now we get to wait a few more minutes for help, great. Glad we did or I might not have seen a young blonde woman taking her out of her ponytail and flipping it around directly between the pizza oven and counter. Completely disgusted. When I mentioned it the manager just said “oh”

I called my order in after online service was a headache. I will say the guy who took my order was very nice and pleasant. My issue is the timing and quality of food. In picture I got the new 5 cheese dip with bread, speciality chicken bites, medium pepperoni pizza, and I also ordered bread knots. Bread was dough and soaked in butter. Pizza was sloppy, half stuck to top. Chicken bites were burnt, stuck to the foil liner. The dip was another pile of grease, with enough for only one person to have a few pieces. Only reason I did not call to complain to store was fear of would be the same. I asked my family to give this place a try(first time) and I'm now ashamed.
